As a reflecting graduate, I loved my time at MCC as a graphic design major. I enrolled to hone my natural design skills and learn from professionals with extensive careers in the industry. All assigned projects were well thought out, had real world application, and were explored in depth. Below, I’ve featured some of my favorites!
Brand Creation and Design
In two separate classes, I had to create a company, define a purpose, and then create a series of marketing and promotional assets. Simple Green Home (PDF) was a company I created to help homeowners easily transition to green living, and Aphrodite Passion (PDF) was a luxury nail polish line that included other similar beauty products.
Booklets
I created this brief biography (PDF) of renown graphic designer Aaron Draplin in InDesign, which I really enjoyed! This booklet was also printed and bound.
